Andy is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in Materials Management, Production/Inventory Control and more than 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Transportation.

He has experience with multiple WMS, TMS, YMS, MRP and ERP systems, as well as Lean Six Sigma concepts. He has provided strategic and tactical consulting and advising services focused on lowering supply chain costs for global organizations.

At Ryder Systems, Inc., he was responsible for start-up and implementation of Ryder’s TMS for an International Major Appliance Manufacturer, including domestic carrier performance management.

At PECO Pallet, Inc. he was a key member of the operations leadership team. He was responsible for proactively interfacing with all key functional business areas including finance, sales, operations and service to develop a "best in class" transportation network in support of business objectives.

Previous to PECO, Andy served as Vice President, Inbound Logistics for Volvo Logistics North America. He was responsible for the flow of all materials, (except finished vehicles), to, from, and within North America, for AB Volvo suppliers and plants worldwide. He also served twice as Interim President of Volvo Logistics North America.

Andy led the multinational team to create the AB Volvo Trucks Brands Logistics Policy for the world’s second largest truck manufacturer, and largest heavy diesel engine manufacturer.

While at Volvo he also served as North American Director of Packaging Materials with responsibility for all aspects of Volvo Emballage (Packaging), which is a global pool of more than 10 million pieces of wood, plastic and other composition packaging materials.
